07/13/2010 - Montreal, QC (Sportsbook Betting Lines) - The Montreal Canadiens signed forward Maxim Lapierre to a one-year contract on Tuesday, and also signed defenseman Mathieu Carle and forward J.T. Wyman to one-year, two-way contracts.
Lapierre finished his fourth season with Montreal in 2009-10 and over 76 games he totaled seven goals and seven assists.
In 255 career games, the 25-year-old has 35 goals and 37 assists.
Carle totaled five goals and 10 assists in 31 games with Hamilton of the American Hockey League last season. He appeared in three games with the Canadiens and did not record a point.
Wyman had 17 goals and 20 assists over 76 games with Hamilton last season and was held pointless in three games with Montreal.

Terrell Owens could return for Cowboys next game
